Jessica Bogli, Director of Bogli Consulting, asked the team members to arrange themselves by their place of birth (from East to West) in order to assigned groups for the Systems Thinking/Systems Changing activity. Using the Systems Thinking/Systems Changing board game, the new teams "played the game" of managing coordinated school health programs in a fictional community.
About the Game: Systems Thinking/Systems Changing (TM) is used by teams in workshop settings to experience what it takes to make effective systemic change in schools. It teaches educators, school boards and councils, leadership teams, school administrators, educational consultants and reformers about the structures and strategies that schools need to be continuously improving learning organizations that are the best they can be.
